We assign each BEAM client a Dedicated Success Representative (DSR) who learns about each client’s business and its unique needs. By better understanding the individual processes and organizational needs of each business, we can provide deeper customizations and more comprehensively fine-tune your unique BEAM deployment. The DSR relationship is ongoing to assist with enhancing your deployment and accommodating your changing business needs.
